Healthcare for children and youths up to the age of 16 years is free. Dental care up to the age of 20 years is also free when adhering to the dental plan laid down by the county. Adults pay part of the fees for doctors, physiotherapists, dentists and so on. Hospital treatment is funded over the national budget and therefore free to patients.
